LemuGroup partners with Mark Andy, FLEXcon promotes Aimee Peacock and more

LemuGroup has announced a new partnership with Mark Andy, which will combine its award-winning flexographic and digital press technologies with LemuGroup’s extensive finishing and robotic end-of-line automation products.

This collaboration offers prime label converters a one-stop shop for an unwind to end-of-line roll automation solution and/or full factory automation. Mark Andy is now able to offer customers a complete “unwind to palletizer,” single operator solution for automated roll label production from the press to finished and boxed rolls, ready to ship from converters to the label market.

Andre Beaudoin, director of North American sales and marketing, LemuGroup, states, “We are proud to have been asked by Mark Andy to provide an automated end-of-press solution that allows them meet the needs of their customers in need of a drastically improved production process that results in higher productivity with available fewer people. FLEXcon Global has announced the promotion of Aimee Peacock to CEO, FLEXcon Global. This promotion aligns FLEXcon Europe, Asia, and North America under one global executive team led by Peacock.

Peacock joined FLEXcon North America five years ago as the CFO and has worked to instill leadership with authenticity and transparency. In 2021, she was promoted to the role of president within North America where she has continued to drive a culture of servant leadership, sustainability and responsibility. This promotion reflects the p amount of work and dedication that Aimee has given to FLEXcon, and it will allow for greater stability and growth moving forward, the company says.
